• Use equipment, email, the internet and storage services carefully, with particular attention to confidential data.
• Preserve operational information and movement records in our warehouse management system (WMS).
• Report security incidents so they can be assessed, addressed and prevented in future.

• Promote efficient use of energy, materials and packaging, and appropriate waste separation.
• Plan goods movements and dispatches to reduce unnecessary journeys.
• Promote safe use of machinery, orderly work areas and compliance with safety instructions.
• Encourage the team to help identify risks and suggest improvements.
